Synopsis

A story about Grandma, about time, about life, and about finding oneself. No one knows Grandma's past, and she does not seem happy. The camera records her daily life, exploring how she and her generation understand life and time. This is a journey to help Grandma find her candy. At an amusement park, Grandma rediscovers the joy of her past self; eating an ice cream, she looks out over the land of her past, and in that moment she is a child again. At the aquarium, the fish swim about, so much like life drifting in the long river of time, so much like Grandma's own experience. Finally, walking into the sunset, Grandma seems to have found her past self, and at this moment her candy is found too. Living in the present is forever.
