Finding the Cow

Creative Statement

People always have some law of heaven to explain their own absurd behaviour.

Synopsis

When the cow goes missing, the villagers are eager to help; when the god goes missing, they are outraged. The villagers decide to pull up all the village's surveillance footage. Facing the footage, they grow anxious. In this moment of trouble, they discover that the village surveillance room has also been cleaned out, and they are pleased with themselves. This is an absurd black comedy in which a thief becomes God, a thought-provoking fable about reality.
