Creative Statement

This film is a crime and social realist film, and also a moving love story. At its core it explores a social issue: the sexual assault of women. First, I wanted to make a commercial genre film in the suspense and crime genre. At the same time, I wanted to make a film that reflects social issues affecting women. In recent years there have been many stories and real cases of sexual assault against women, and film is a good medium for helping people understand this issue in the news more deeply. Within this theme, the male protagonist's steadfast love for the female protagonist is all the more precious. I hope to make a film with social significance.
