Synopsis
Early summer in Berlin. May, a Korean woman in her early thirties, falls into insomnia and drifts through her days after a sudden breakup. She wanders the city and sits lost in thought on the subway, and everyday details bring back memories of growing up in Seoul. Shifting between languages and identities, she moves among German, English and Korean, and between past and present. With minimal compositions and a detached camera, the film captures her brief exchanges with strangers and a deeper conversation with herself.
