Film Introduction
At the beginning of the 21st century, it was prevalent for villagers along the Fujian coast to legally enter Taiwan to work as illegal laborers through fake marriages. A southern girl, Cheng Wenling, and a middle-aged Taiwanese man, Huang Han, who are in love with each other, are faced with a tough interview and questioning about their entry into Taiwan.
