Film Introduction
Inspector Tong is a tough cop who usually takes his job seriously and shows no mercy to his acquaintances, but he also has a soft side. Once a week, he plays the adoptive father of a young boy in an orphanage. At a murder scene, Inspector Tong and his assistant Cheng Chiu Chung, who are pursuing a number of murders in a building, are assisted by a young prostitute who traces the son of a wealthy family, Paul Kwok, to the case, and Kwok's father buys the murderer to silence him, so Tong uses his girlfriend as bait to lure out the murderer.
