Synopsis

By chance, I followed Mr. Cheng, a philanthropist, and his charity team into three isolated leprosy rehabilitation villages. I saw the lifelong disabilities left by the disease, the withdrawn reticence caused by long isolation, and the real lives of these elderly people: simple, patient and longing to be seen.
