The Female Radical
The Female Radical
Synopsis
The sun rises as usual and a new day begins; everything is ready and set to go. A woman rushes in barefoot. The white gravel underfoot forces her onto her toes, and she endures the pain to chase the elite women ahead, who walk gracefully in slender silver-white high heels. In the space where she struggles to survive, the world is divided into five colors. Black, which swallows everything, is the base color of the world and the true color of male authority. Blinding white is the transparent color assigned to the workplace and to women. Deep, wild Burgundy red is the color of glory on stage, behind which lies indescribable blood and sweat. Calm, serene Klein blue is the nest where she gains warmth and love, and also the cage that confines her freedom. Brilliant golden yellow is her last place of tenderness. On a fine night flooded with light like a tide, the woman walks into the sea together with other beautiful women in splendid dresses from different eras. At the moment suffocation sets in, she once again rises on her toes with all her strength, raising her head and gasping, desperate for a deep breath. She sees the gentle seawater wrap each budding woman with irresistible force; the next instant they burst into bloom, radiant and indescribably beautiful. Immersed in it, the woman lowers her heels, lets the waves carry her in, and quietly waits for the flowers to bloom.
