Synopsis

During the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, Xiao Wu, who has recently come to Beijing and works at a milk tea shop, meets Dandan, a real estate agent. Borrowing a car brings them together as friends, and they gradually grow close, their relationship becoming more and more ambiguous. Xiao Wu is an honest, plain man without big ambitions, while Dandan is a woman with clear goals and her own ideas who wants to make a life for herself in this city. What the two came to Beijing for is completely opposite, and Xiao Wu still has ties back home, so they are destined to meet but not to be together. Fireworks mark the end of this brief and beautiful romance.
