Synopsis

Rainy Day is a realist short film. Three months after getting to know a couple and their cat, the filmmaker decided to make a short film based on them, raising the topic of euthanasia. At first, both owners strongly opposed euthanasia for pets, and the script was revised again and again. But halfway through filming, the cat's illness worsened and treatment at the hospital failed. The vet advised that euthanasia was the only option, and the owners reluctantly agreed. The cat's death disrupted everyone, and the two owners went through strong emotional swings. After some time to recover, we decided to finish filming the remaining parts and make the film a farewell gift to the cat, hoping Heihei is free from pain.
