About the Director

Born in 1998, the Year of the Tiger; from Shandong and based in Beijing. Graduated from the film and television directing program of the Department of Film and Television at the Central Academy of Drama (class of 2017). Wrote and directed the short film The Girl on the Windowsill, selected for the main competition of the 17th FIRST International Film Festival, the 5th NOWNESS Talent Program and the fiction section of HiShorts! Xiamen Short Film Week 2023. Writer-director of the feature project Letting the Tiger Go, a top 10 project of the 9th Qingcong Project of the China Film Directors' Guild.
