About the Director
Graduated in 2011 from the undergraduate directing program (class of 2007) at the Communication University of China. As a student, he directed a music video for a campus band that won Best MV at the "Banxia Memorial" awards. From 2011 to 2012 he worked in project development and planning at Sil-Metropole Organisation, taking part in the publicity and distribution of The Grandmaster, Nightfall and Cold War. He has on-set and assistant director experience on films and series. In 2016 he wrote and directed the low-budget mockumentary-style sitcom Startup Times.
