Film Introduction
Jiajun is a lonely high school boy who lives with his elderly and frail grandmother in an urban village, where he and his grandchildren eke out a living from a small grocery store. The village is facing demolition, and the lives of countless villagers, including Jiajun's grandchildren, are in dire straits. Just then, Jia Jun's rich son Jiaer from the same school comes into his life and asks him to "take the exam for him". Will he give up his future or relieve the pressure on his grandmother and family? How should Jiajun choose? What will happen to the people in the village? The sea beats Jiajun again and again like countless other problems in life, but as time passes, he is forced to take the test. Passing, the sea will eventually fade, wounds will eventually heal, leaving behind only the unique marks under that time.
