In 2003, Yan Dongzhou, a barbershop apprentice, received an offer from an herbal medicine school. He cherished it very much. Unexpectedly, because he messed up the haircut of two young rockers, they snatched his admission letter and asked him to give them 500 yuan to get it back. As Dongzhou recovered his admission letter, everyone's secrets were revealed one by one. The stingy boss was uncharacteristically willing to lend money. The boss's wife, who liked to sing, smashed her shop and got divorced. The seemingly silent rock singer had the darkest hatred. The absurd story is played out from three perspectives, putting human nature into stark relief. After all, it takes all sorts to make a world.
