Synopsis
The innocent and kind-hearted Forrest Gump has faced unkindness from others throughout his life, with his childhood friend Jenny being his only companion. Yearning to explore the world, Forrest embarks on a journey to discover the meaning of life. Along the way, he unexpectedly becomes involved in many significant events of the second half of the 20th century, crossing paths with historical figures such as John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, John Lennon, and the then-unknown Elvis Presley. Through seemingly random experiences, Forrest influences the course of history in his own way, proving that no one is insignificant.
