Film Introduction
Hassan inherits his father's orchard and makes a living from it, struggling to rid himself of the poles he plans to plant in the middle of his land. At the same time good news arrives and he and his wife are finally selected for a pilgrimage to Mecca. Before preparing for the pilgrimage, he has to face his inner darkness and ask for the blessing of his oldest friend, who has turned against him, and this opens up a life of memories...
